Born and raised in Las Vegas, I am a husband and a father of two children who are my world. I’ve dedicated my career to serving the community that shaped me. My journey in the fire service began as an explorer with Clark County Fire Department, progressed to a reserve position with Boulder City Fire Department, and led me to my current role with Las Vegas Fire & Rescue, where I’ve proudly served for the past nine years. Outside the firehouse, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, at the baseball diamond, or playing hockey, sports have always been my outlet and my passion.

I founded this charity because I’ve seen firsthand what our first responders give to their communities every single day. As a firefighter, I also know the unspoken reality: we’re trained to run toward danger, to be physically strong and mentally tough, but when it comes to our own mental health, too many of us suffer in silence. There’s a stigma that keeps good people from getting the help they need.

This organization exists to break down those barriers and normalize mental health support for first responders. We’re not just talking about wellness, we’re actively working to make our firefighters some of the healthiest, most resilient professionals in the nation, inside and out.

Because taking care of those who take care of us isn’t optional. It’s essential.
